ILLINOIS - Checks and direct deposits for August and September 2011 claims that were submitted to ISBE on 10/17/11, were released on Wednesday, October 26, 2011.
MICHIGAN - No check releases at this time.

Simply follow these steps:
1. Once you are on our website, click "Potpourri" in the top red title bar.
2. Next, select "Potpourri Quizzes" on the left menu bar.
3. Select the month, and language of the nutrition quiz you wish to download and print!
