Claiming Your Menus Online

The online claiming program, WebKids, is offered free of charge in partnership with Minute Menu Systems. An enhanced version of this software is also available to you by paying an annual fee to Minute Menu. These claiming options are available to Providers sponsored by the ACD.

 

Advantages of Online Claiming

Online claiming is an all-in-one application to help manage every aspect of your child care business. With it you can do the following:

  • Submit your claims for reimbursement electronically. This eliminates postage costs, mail delays, and the need for handwritten/bubbled Claims, which reduces errors.

  • Manage all information related to each child in your care, such as emergency contacts, medical information, birthdays, special diets, etc.
